My name is Marsha Williams, and I am the proud Director and Owner of Bundle of Joy Day Care, where I have been serving children and families for over 20 years. From a young age, I felt a deep love for children, and that passion naturally led me into the childcare field.

Over the past two decades, I have dedicated my career to creating a nurturing, safe, and educational environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be cared for with patience, compassion, and respect. My goal is to support children’s development while also partnering with families to build strong, trusting relationships.

Bundle of Joy Day Care is proud to hold a Silver Circle of Quality rating through ExceleRate Illinois and is accredited by the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC), which reflect our commitment to excellence in early learning. I also hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development, which has further equipped me to provide high-quality care and education to young children.
